Procedure to apply for a visa

• Fill in and submit your visa application form online via the Visa-On-Web (VOW)  application.
• Once the form was submitted, you will receive a  .pdf version of the application in your mailbox. You should print and sign this .pdf version and bring it with you to your appointment at the embassy.
   

IMPORTANT: 
Only in case there is a group (for example several members of the same family), one login can be used to fill out several application forms. In this case, you need to choose 'YES' under 'are you travelling in a group' question'. You will then need to fill in a visa application form for each member (under the tab 'new application in the group'). Each group member will get his own VOW number. You will now be able to book a group appointment.
